Can not fault this company. Steve was happy to sit with us and go through the whole process of what we wanted and what they would supply. Donna was always cheerful and helpful with all office contact. Damon was the star of the show. Absolute professional in all aspects of the restoration. Roof capping was removed and reset to a high standard, valleys were replaced, chipped and cracked replaced. Roof cleaned and painted and sealed. When job was finished no mess to be found anywhere. I don't write reviews, but felt this may be necessary for the next unsuspecting client.Met with Garry (salesperson) for a quote at the start of July 2021. Very pushy sales pitch, very see-through 'discount' after stepping outside to 'call his boss to get the price down'. We signed anyway since it was hard to get trades out to quote during COVID. Price-hold for 12 months.11th of October, I emailed to ask for the next available booking as the house was vacant with tenants moving in soon. Donna replied there was a 2 week wait. Donna replied again on the 13th to advise they could start the next day.CRR called the following day to advise a leak from the solar hot water system, however they were done with replacing the ridge capping and broken tiles. Coincidentally, one of those broken tiles was replaced under the cracked pipe of the solar HWS (CRR denied any responsibility). Ether way, that part for the HWS was no longer available and the whole system needed replacement. I advised Donna that the system was being replaced Monday, she replied that she'd get the trades back at the end of the week for painting. Tenants moved in and were notified. No-show.23rd of May 2022 - I emailed CRR to ask why painting hadn't been done, as the real-estate brought it up due to a roof leak. Donna replied insisting they were waiting for us to get back to them about the HWS being installed, however will book the job for next Monday.31st of May - Donna emailed that the trade attended site to inspect, and will do the job the following Monday due to COVID.2nd of June - Donna advised the job is moving to Wednesday due to the public holiday. No-show.27th of June - I emailed CRR requesting an updated booking date and requested a supervisor present to check prep-work before painting. No response.6th of July - I emailed again chasing a date. Donna responded with next Wednesday.Tenant sent through the attached photos of the state of the property, which David made NO attempt to clean at all (my tenant was home). I replied to the invoice email on the 15th of July with photos to advise the contract was not complete. The spare painted tiles were not left, and the mess was not acceptable.19th of July - Steve (director) replied 'confirming' the tiles were left on site, that his trade said no-one was home to unlock the gate to clean, and that he would return Thursday to clean (another no-show). I replied with the correct story including specific times from the tenants, and confirmed the tiles were NOT left on site.I emailed Steve on the 25th of July due to his trade NOT showing to clean-up, and still no spare painted tiles. Steve replied to say his trade would be there Wednesday. Another no-show.Steve emailed photos of the spare painted tiles on the 1st of August, and requesting the invoice be paid.The lack of communication here is astounding, especially when tenants take time off work for bookings where the company doesn't bother to contact you to reschedule. It's recommended to find another company. I have a full email trail to back this up.

Owner Steve came to provide a quote. Firstly, he was late, but the real problem was his absolute arrogance & pushy used car salesman" tactics. Tries to lock you into a contract immediately without providing a formal quote or even going up to look at the roof! Felt bullied by a big guy with an even bigger ego"
